Privacy Policy
A plain-English guide to how we handle information on this website and in our apps.
Who we are

Scope
This policy applies to ordermorehours.com and all apps published by Order More Hours LLC on the App Store and Google Play. No apps have been released yet. The first ones are in progress.
Not every app collects the same information. App-specific details will be listed in each app’s store listing and, where needed, in the app-specific details below. Those details explain which features and services the app actually uses. We will update them before releasing an app or changing its data practices.
Apple, Google, and other providers also handle information under their own policies when you use their services.
Information we collect
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments or details you choose to send. If a future app offers an account or a feature that requires information from you, its app-specific details will explain what is collected and why.
Information collected automatically
Only where an app uses them, we may collect anonymous usage analytics, crash reports, device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic events to understand performance and fix problems. Some diagnostics may include a pseudonymous installation identifier or technical information that can be personal information. We do not describe that information as anonymous unless it cannot reasonably identify you.
This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookies set by us. Its hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and security logs to serve and protect the website. Fonts are hosted with the website, so viewing a page does not send a font request to a third-party provider.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple and Google handle purchases and subscriptions through their stores. We never receive your full payment card details. If an app offers purchases, we may receive transaction identifiers, purchased product details, purchase dates, subscription status, and receipts or tokens needed to confirm access and help with purchase issues.
Content processed on-device
Where possible, app content is processed and kept on your device. We do not receive content that remains entirely on-device. Any feature that uploads content, uses cloud storage, or sends content to another service will be explained in the app-specific details and, where required, ask for your permission.
How we use information
- Provide app features and confirm purchases or subscription access.
- Read and answer support, privacy, and legal requests.
- Find crashes, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
- Protect our services against misuse and meet legal obligations.
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on performance of a contract for requested services, legitimate interests for proportionate support, security, and reliability work, legal obligations where applicable, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We may share information with providers that help us perform these tasks, where necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights, or in a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections. We do not use personal information for cross-app advertising or automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Third-party services
Future apps may use the services below. This is a reference list of possible services, not a statement that every service is installed or receives data. Each released app’s details will identify its actual providers.
- Apple App Store — privacy policy: app distribution, purchases, and subscriptions.
- Google Play — privacy policy: app distribution, purchases, and subscriptions.
- RevenueCat — privacy policy: purchase and subscription management, if used.
- Firebase Crashlytics — privacy and security information: crash diagnostics, if used.
- TelemetryDeck — privacy policy: usage analytics, if used.
Providers receive only information needed for their role, subject to applicable agreements and law. Store providers may act as independent controllers. Their own policies explain their practices.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, including as those terms are defined by California law. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including support, security, purchase verification, and legal recordkeeping. Retention depends on the type of information and the app or provider involved. App-specific details will describe any relevant retention periods.
We periodically review information we hold and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed. Information kept for a legal obligation is restricted to that purpose. Backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle completes. Data stored only on your device follows the app’s settings and any device backups you control.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, delete, or correct personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@ordermorehours.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request, but do not send passwords or full payment card details.
EU and UK users
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may also have rights to data portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to your local data protection authority. Some rights have exceptions under law.
California residents
Where the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, applies, you may have rights to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, its sources, purposes, and recipients; request deletion or correction; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share information for behavioral advertising or use sensitive information in ways that require a limitation option.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, subject to appropriate verification. We honor legally required opt-out signals where applicable. These statutory rights depend on the law’s coverage and exceptions; you may contact us with a privacy request regardless.
Data deletion requests
Email hello@ordermorehours.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include the app name and relevant account or device details that help us find your information, such as an account email or an in-app user identifier, if available. Please do not send passwords, full card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
We will respond within 30 days. If the law allows additional time and we need it, we will explain the reason and timeline within that initial period. We will delete information we can identify and control, unless retention is required or permitted by law, and explain any exception that applies.
For data that stays on-device, use the app’s deletion controls, where available, or remove the app and any backups you control. Deleting an app or your data does not cancel a store subscription. You can find cancellation instructions on our Support page. Apple or Google may retain purchase records under their own policies.
Children’s privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where local law sets a higher age for consent to data processing, we follow that requirement. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email hello@ordermorehours.com so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
International users and data transfers
We are based in the United States. Information you send us or that a provider processes may be handled in the United States or other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.
Where international transfer rules apply, we use required safeguards, such as applicable standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, before transferring personal information. Email us for information about the safeguards relevant to your app or request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle, including restricted access and secure connections where applicable. No system is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our apps or practices change. We will publish the revised policy here and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice in the relevant app or by another appropriate method where required by law.
